Group C: China PR 2-1 Indonesia

The East Asian side will hope the win revives their campaign while it was Indonesia's first defeat after having earned their impressive draws in their earlier matches.
Lei Li, who missed the 3-1 defeat against Australia on Matchday Three, got the nod in Branko Ivankovic's starting lineup.
It was the visitors, however, who threatened first with a set-piece in the seventh minute, Nathan Tjoe-A-On’s cross into the box was met by Jay Idzes, whose header was easily collected by China PR keeper Wang Dalei.
China PR continued to soak up the pressure with Indonesia the livelier side with Ragnar Oratmangoen sending his shot from distance wide.
At the other end, Wei Shihao threatened with his set-piece, forcing Calvin Verdonk to concede a corner at the near post, before the China PR No 10 spotted Indonesia keeper Maarten Paes out of position but he could only manage to hit the side netting following a corner.
Beginning to see more of the ball, China PR opened the scoring in the 21st minute from a set-piece situation, Jiang Shenglong cutting the ball back for Behram Abduweli to volley home from close range.
Indonesia tried to force their way back into the tie with Ivar Jenner trying from distance in the 35th minute before Verdonk forced a fine save from Wang in the 40th minute.
China PR came close to doubling their lead two minutes later when Gao Zhunyi missed with a close-range header off a set-piece but the East Asian side were not to be denied with a minute left in the half, Zhunyi sending a delightful ball through for Zhang Yuning, who finished with authority into the bottom right corner.
Indonesia emerged for the second half with intent and threatened with Verdonk, Rizky Ridho missing from inside the box.
With China PR content to defend their lead, Indonesia continued to press and received a lifeline in the 86th minute when substitute Thom Haye pulled one back.
However, the home team comfortably saw off the remaining minutes for their first win and will aim for another three points against Bahrain on November 14 with Indonesia to host group leaders Japan a day later.
