Huge Gap! TZ: Leverkusen Values Tah at €5 Million, Bayern Willing to Offer Only €400,000
The transfer of Jonathan Tah from Bayer Leverkusen to Bayern Munich has been officially confirmed. However, it is still unclear whether the German national team player will be allowed to participate in the group stage matches of the Club World Cup with Bayern Munich. The outrageous transfer demands from Leverkusen have now been revealed.

According to reports from the German media outlet Münchner Merkur, Bayern Munich's management described Leverkusen's demand of €5 million for Tah as "too outrageous." Bayern is unwilling to pay more than €200,000 to €400,000, leaving a significant gap between the two clubs. Tah is expected to join the team for the group stage, but this depends on the outcome of negotiations.

On the other hand, Bayern Munich's sports director, Max Eberl, and his team were surprised by Leverkusen's stance and demands regarding Tah, which means that after ten years at Leverkusen, he may not be able to participate in the Club World Cup with Bayern. Leverkusen's current asking price is between €2 million and €4 million, and they are standing firm—they know Bayern is short on defenders and are unwilling to offer help. It appears that Bayern's management is reluctant to pay any amount to Leverkusen and will only accept Tah's transfer on July 1, just before the potential quarter-finals.
